Popular Questions

  • Why should we hire a wedding videographer and photographer?

A wedding film or video and photos let you relive your day long after it’s over. Photos capture key moments, while video brings them to life—from the vows and speeches to the laughter and emotions that photos alone can't fully express.

  • What is your photography and videography style?

We take a documentary-style approach, meaning we capture your wedding as it happens—candid, natural, and storytelling-focused. No forced poses, no staged moments—just real emotions and genuine memories.

  • How far in advance should we book you?

Most couples book 12-18 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (spring & summer). However, we do take last-minute bookings if we’re available.

  • Do you offer both wedding photography and videography?

Yes absolutely! We provide both wedding videography and photography as separate services or as a combined package. This ensures a seamless experience with one creative team capturing your day. We are happy to work alongside another photographer or videographer.

  • Can we meet before booking?

Absolutely! We prefer to meet in-person or we can have an online call meeting to discuss your wedding plans and answer any questions before you book.

  • Do you travel for weddings outside Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds?

Yes, we cover weddings across the UK and for destination weddings abroad. Travel fees apply if out side Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds.

  • Do you have insurance?

Yes, we have full public liability and professional indemnity insurance, which most venues require.

Wedding Videography Questions

    • High-quality color grading & professional editing
  • How long will our wedding film be?

    • A highlight film is usually 2-3 minutes long.
    • A feature film (if chosen) is typically 15-30 minutes with a full edit of the ceremony and speeches.
  • Do you record the ceremony and speeches in full?

Yes, we professionally film and capture the full ceremony & speeches, ensuring every word is recorded clearly.

  • How do you capture audio during the wedding?

We use multiple audio recording devices, the main one discreet lapel microphones for the couple, celebrant, and speakers. This ensures high-quality sound without interfering with the ceremony or speeches.

  • Can we choose the music for our wedding film?

Yes, but we must use licensed music for copyright reasons. We can find music that fits your style or use legally approved songs you love. We mainly use Musicbed for our music.

  • How long does it take to receive our final wedding video?

Delivery time is 6-12 weeks depending on our schedule and if its peak season. We take time to carefully craft your wedding film, ensuring it’s perfect.

  • Do you offer drone footage?

Yes, we include aerial drone shots where possible (venue-permitting and weather-dependent).

Wedding Photography Questions

  • How many photos will we receive?

On average, couples receive 400-800 professionally edited images depending on coverage time and the size of the wedding. If it is a multi-day wedding this would be considerably higher.

  • Do you edit all the photos?

Yes! Every image is hand-edited to ensure consistent, natural, and timeless quality—no heavy filters or unnatural effects. We shoot in RAW so we can get the most details from every photo.

  • How long does it take to receive our wedding photos?

Your full gallery is usually delivered 4-6 weeks after the wedding. We also provide sneak peek images within a few days.

  • Do you offer wedding albums or prints?

Yes! We provide custom-designed wedding albums, prints, and wall art so you can keep your memories beautifully displayed.

  • Will you direct us for posed photos, or is it more candid?

Our approach is mostly candid, but we guide couples for natural, relaxed portraits. We also capture group photos if requested.

  • What happens if it rains on our wedding day?

We adapt to any weather conditions and use creative techniques to capture beautiful photos, whether indoors or outdoors. Pack your wellies and umbrellas and let's embrace it.

  • Do you take group shots as well as candid moments?

Yes, we capture a mix of documentary-style candid and classic group shots, making sure all the important people are included.

Logistics & Booking Questions

  • What happens if you're sick or unavailable?

We have a network of trusted wedding photographers and videographers who can step in if needed. We also have full backup equipment for every event.

  • How much is the deposit, and when is the final payment due?

We require a 25% deposit to secure your date, with the final balance due one month before the wedding.

  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?

If you need to cancel, your deposit is non-refundable (as it reserves your date). However, if you postpone, we can move your booking subject to availability.

  • Can we add extra hours on the day of the wedding?

Yes, if you decide you need extra coverage on the day, we can extend the booking at an hourly rate.

  • Do you work alone, or do you have a second shooter?

For smaller weddings, one videographer/photographer is enough. For larger weddings, we recommend a second shooter to capture more angles and moments.

  • Can we provide a shot list, or do you handle it all?

We welcome special requests but generally prefer to document the day naturally but a list for the group shots is a must.
