At Swanky Wed, we keep things simple with an all-inclusive package that covers your entire day—from morning preparations to your first dance. Our approach is all about capturing raw emotions and candid moments, creating timeless photos that you’ll cherish for a lifetime.

This relaxed, no-obligation chat is our chance to get to know each other better! It’s a lovely opportunity to talk through your wedding plans, hear all about your story as a couple, and I can share how I’ll approach capturing your wedding day as your wedding photographer. Together, we’ll make sure every moment reflects who you are, so you can feel confident and excited knowing your day will be photographed with the care and passion it deserves.

I keep things simple as possible with a clear online contract and invoice—no surprises, just peace of mind. Once your wedding photography deposit is paid, your wedding date is secured, and you can relax knowing everything’s set for me to capture your day through beautiful wedding photography that tells your love story perfectly.

About a week before your wedding day, we'll have a final catch-up to go over the details from your wedding questionnaire (which I’ll send to you as soon as you book!). We can chat online, or if possibleand time permits, meet in person at your venue to walk through everything together. This is a wonderful opportunity to ensure every detail is perfect and that I understand exactly how you envision your day, so I can capture it in a way that feels truly meaningful to you.

You’ll have me—your dedicated wedding photographer—capturing your day with at least two Sony cameras, ensuring every angle and moment is beautifully preserved. We can provide a second photographer to help capture your day in full if you have a large wedding. For weddings with more than say 120 guests or that its spread out over a large venue we always advise to have a second shooter.

From the excitement of morning preparations bridal and groom prep(starting about two hours before your ceremony) right through to the fun after your first dance. Don’t worry, I’m not a clock-watcher—I’m there to capture the moments that matter!

Breathtaking 4K aerial photos of your venue are included in my package (weather and venue permitting). It’s all part of adding that extra magic to your wedding film.

You'll receive a stunning gallery of 500-700 high-resolution images in our beautiful signature style, each one thoughtfully edited in both vibrant color and timeless black & white. It's a beautifully curated collection that tells the full story of your day, allowing you to relive every moment with the artistic flair you deserve.

You'll have your very own password-protected online gallery, where all your beautifully presented images are ready to download. It’s the perfect way to share your wedding story with family and friends—effortless, stylish, and oh-so-swanky!
