At Swanky Wed, we keep things simple with an all-inclusive package that covers your entire day—from morning prep to your first dance. Our approach is all about capturing the raw emotions and candid moments, crafting a film you’ll cherish for a lifetime.

This relaxed, no-obligation chat is our chance to get to know each other better! It’s a lovely opportunity to talk through your plans, hear all about your story as a couple, and share how I’ll approach capturing your wedding day as your videographer. Together, we’ll make sure every moment reflects who you are, so you can feel confident and excited knowing your day will be filmed with the care and passion it deserves.

I keep things simple with a clear online contract and invoice—no surprises, just peace of mind. Once your deposit is paid, your wedding date is secured, and you can relax knowing everything’s set for me to capture your day and create a film that tells your love story beautifully.

About a week before your big day, we’ll have another catch-up to go over your wedding questionnaire (which you’ll receive as soon as you book!). This could be online, or even better, face-to-face at your venue—where we can walk through the details together. It’s a great chance to make sure everything’s perfect and that I’m fully prepared to capture your day just the way you’ve imagined.

You’ll have me—your dedicated videographer—capturing your day with three 4K Sony cameras and sound equipment, ensuring every angle and moment is beautifully preserved. We can provide a second videographer or a photographer to capture your day in full if required.

Whether you’re enjoying a romantic walk or curled up in bed on a lazy Sunday morning, this podcast is the perfect way to experience the magic of your wedding all over again.

A stunning 12-15 minute, story-telling cinematic film that captures the heart of your wedding day. From the emotional vows to those heartfelt speeches, meaningful audio is carefully woven into your film, alongside hand-picked licensed music that perfectly complements your story.
